What do the columns LBI and LSI stand for? FAQ

The Levott Buying Index (LBI) and Levott Selling Index (LSI) is Levott's way of showing you potential buys and grading the stocks you currently own.

    • LBI - The Levott Buying Index is our list of the most attractive stocks.  The highest or most attractive stocks to purchase would be listed as 1.00, with the least attractive buys being listed as 6.00.  This index is geared toward value stocks with a history of solid returns.
    • LSI - The Levott Selling Index (LSI) ranges from 1.00 to 5.75. Those ranked as 1.00 are the least attractive (or need to be investigated) with the most attractive as 5.75. You should investigate any stocks ranked as 1.00. These could be ranked as 1.00 because of some recent news i.e., possible merger, recent bad earnings report, being acquired, etc. Please note not all your stocks are ranked.

As we have mentioned before, these are estimates and not guaranties so please research the stocks on your own to see if a stock is right for you or if you are thinking about selling it.
