Friday, October 31st: Bear Rally? - Perhaps this little bear market rally has some legs to it. This has been one horrible October and I will be glad to close this baby out today. I do have plenty of cash on the sidelines ready to put to work as soon as I see more positive signs in the market. The traders really did not get the huge drop they were looking...
