Above the 50-Day MA
The screen we ran today was looking for stocks that moved above the 50-Day Moving Average (DMA) on Thursday. These same stocks were not above the 50-DMA Wednesday, so they could be on the move higher. This is not a recommended buy list just a screen we ran.

Thursday, September 2nd:
5 Days Above the 50-Day SMA
This is a list of stocks that closed above the 50-Day Simple Moving Average (SMA) 5 days in a row, but were below the 50-Day SMA 6 days ago. This could be an indication that the stock is on the move and has set a support level at the 50-Day SMA. This is not a recommended buy list just a screen we ran for you.

Wednesday, September 1st:
Death Cross
This is when the short-term Moving Average (MA) crosses below the long-term MA. In this screen, we use the 50-day MA as the short and the 200-day MA as the long. This sometimes can be a bearish indicator. We checked stocks in the SP 500 for this screen. This is not a recommended buy or short list just a screen we ran for you.

Tuesday, August 31st:
Above the 200-Day MA
The filter we ran today was looking at stocks that just crossed above the 200-Day Moving Average (DMA). These same stocks did not close above the 200-DMA on Friday, but did close above it Monday. These stocks could be breaking through some resistance so take a close look at them. This is not a recommended buy list just a screen we ran.

No stocks, out of the SP500, passed this test after the close Monday.
Monday, August 30th:
5 Days Above the 200-Day MA
This is a list of stocks that closed above the 200-Day Moving Average (DMA) 5 days in a row, but were below the 200-DMA 6 days ago. This could be an indication that the stock is on the move and has set a support level at the 200-Day (DMA). This is not a recommended buy list just a screen we ran for you.
